French Memories is owned by Philippe and Debra Odier who have been operating the beloved French Patisserie for over 30 years.

For Philippe, being a pastry chef is in his genes. He grew up in the family business in Paris, where his parents, grandparents, and brother were all pastry chefs. He came to the U.S. knowing he would carry on the family tradition.

Now a staple in the community, French Memories is enjoyed by the entire South Shore community. Often selling out on their croissants on weekend mornings, locals know that a trip to French Memories is a wonderful way to make your day….
